3. Credits & Payment

  • Credits are digital units used to access our services.
  • Purchases are processed exclusively through our authorized reseller and payment processor Paddle.
  • Refunds for purchased or used credits are excluded, unless explicitly granted as a gesture of goodwill after internal review by AltPilot.ai
  • Purchased credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and do not expire as long as the account remains active.
  • No refund claims are accepted for dissatisfaction with generated texts. The responsibility lies with the user to verify and use the results accordingly.

4. Disclaimer

  • Generated content is produced by AI algorithms and is not subject to editorial review.
  • AltPilot accepts no responsibility for the correctness, legality, accessibility compliance, SEO conformity, or appropriateness of the generated content.
  • We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including those caused by faulty alt-texts or API misuse.
  • Use of the service is entirely at your own risk and responsibility.

5. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to review all generated content before publishing it.
  • Using AltPilot to create or distribute unlawful, offensive, or misleading content is strictly prohibited.
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts without refund if abuse or automated mass usage is detected or suspected.

6. Support & Availability

  • We aim to provide high availability (best effort) but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
  • Support is offered on business days. No guaranteed response times unless agreed under a separate SLA.

7. Termination & Account Deletion

  • Users may delete their accounts at any time. Remaining credits will be forfeited upon deletion and are non-refundable.
  • AltPilot.ai may suspend or terminate accounts at any time in case of violations of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property & Licensing

  • The Starship Media GmbH reserves the right to market AltPilot as its own standalone product.
  • Generated texts may be freely used on your own website.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms shall be governed by Austrian law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
  • The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Wels, Austria, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.

10. Data Protection & GDPR

  • No personal data is shared with third parties, except for payment processing via Paddle.
  • User data and API access logs are processed solely for the provision of services.

11. Changes to the Terms

Starship Media GmbH reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Users will be notified in the event of substantial changes. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Warranty & Liability

  • Our products are designed for clean WordPress installations on properly configured servers.
  • We do not guarantee compatibility with third-party plugins, themes, or hosting environments.
  • We accept no liability for damages resulting from the use or inability to use our software.
  • The user is responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • We are not liable for loss of profit, business interruption, or data loss caused by the service.
